Sunday (Dec 28) was a vey special day for Trisha as she was at the Cancer hospital in Adyar, Chennai to spend some time with the terminally ill kids.

This has become a routine visit for the last four years as Trisha loves spending few hours chatting up and playing with these cancer-struck children.
